Edgerton - Theodore Johnson, 82, died Monday in Memorial hospital after several weeks' illness.
He was born Nsov. 18, 1857 in South Koshkonong and on April 5, 1883 married Mary Mulligan of Whitewater. They moved to Edgerton in 1900 and have since resided here.
Mr. Johnson was engaged in the cement block business, later was custodian of the Masonic temple for many years and was member of the local Masonic lodge.
Survivors are his wife, one daughter, Mrs. Eva Marcus, Janesville, two sons, Elwyn Johnson of Milton, and Clarence Walter of Milwaukee, six grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Henry Tellefson funeral home and at 2:30 in the Masonic temple, the Rev. T. C. Hargreaves officiating. Masonic rites will be observed. Burial will be in the Milton cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home Tuesday evening.
