Shullsburg- Fred Bergener, 82, died Friday (Oct. 1, 1971) in a Darlington hospital after a brief illness. He operated Bergener Brothers Meat Market for many years and later worked as a livestock buyer until retirement in 1961.
There are no immediate survivors.
The funeral will be at 10:30 am Monday in St. Matthew's Catholic Church. Friend may call after 3 pm Sunday at the Steil Funeral Home, Darlington.
