James Jenkins, at the residence of his daughter, Mrs. J. C. Oates, in this city, on Monday, March 21st, 1892. Deceased was born in England in 1815 and came to this country in 1841 and settled at Shullsburg, where he resided until about two years ago, when he came to live with his daughter. His remains were taken to Shullsburg for burial Wednesday in a special car. They were accompanied by relatives and members of the Darlington lodge of Odd Fellows, of which order he was a respected member.
