Mrs. Lena M Osborn. Services for Mrs. Lena M. Osborn, 65, of 1403 Harriet St. who died of cancer Thursday, November 9, at her home, will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton's Funeral Home with burial in Glendale Cemetery. Mrs. Osborn, a lifelong Des Moines resident, had been ill nine years. She was a member of Guadalupe Catholic Chapel. Surviving are her husband, Hugh, three sons, Hugh Jr, Calvin and Ned, all of Des Moines; four daughters, Mrs. Dena Anderson, Mrs. Katie Minks and Mrs. Jerry Courtney, all of Des Moines, and Mrs. Joan Bales of Adel; three sisters, Mrs. Rose Lair, Mrs. Marjorie Averitt and Mrs. Patty Smith, all of Des Moines; two brothers, Mike and Larry Thompson, both of Des Moines; 19 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
