Poland - John C Perry Sr. , 91, died January 18, 2013 at his residence surrounded by his family.
Mr. Perry was born February 16, 1921 in Youngstown, a son of Frank and Barbara Peduzzi Perry.
He was a graduate of Scienceville High School and was a mail carrier for the Post Office on Andrews Ave.
John was a member of Infant Jesus of Prague and was a veteran of the United States Army. He also was a member of the Retired Postal Workers..
His wife the former Mary Jane Tashjian, whom he married June 15,1946, died December 30,2000.
He is survived by one son, John (Diana) Perry Jr. of Poland; two daughters, Suzanne (Tim) McLemore of Poland and Denise Perry of Poland; one brother, Dominic (Laura) Perry of Liberty; and six grandchildren, Aaron (Kayla) Kidd, Tara (Kelly) Roberts, Johnny Perry, Kalynda, Madison, and Hallie McLemore; and four great-grandchildren, Darian, Piper, Zane, and Chloe.
Besides his parents and wife, John was preceded in death by one daughter, Linda May Perry; two sisters, Barbara Bellino and Rose Campbell; and a brother, Paul Perry.
Interment will be at Belmont Park Cemetery, with full military honors.
