Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, May 26, 2009 at Bethel Baptist Church. Burial will be at Bethel Cemetery directed by Adams - Graham Funeral Home.
Born June 8, 1938 in Marie, Texas, Dan was a son of David and Oma Bell (Thompson) Baldwin. He married Pauline Thompson on July 30, 1971. Dan was a mechanic, truck driver and a lifelong resident of Anson.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, five sisters, one son (Billy Applegate).
Survivors include his wife, Pauline Baldwin of Anson, five sons, Kevin Baldwin of Anson, David Reynolds of Lavon, Marshal Reynolds of South Carolina, Danny Applegate of San Angelo and Danny Baldwin of Abilene; one daughter, Brenda Cosby of Anson; one sister, Eunice Smith; 24 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
Family visitation will be 6:00 7:30 p.m., Monday, May 25, 2009, at Adams-Graham Funeral Home.
