Funeral services will be held in the Merced Ward Chapel, Church of Christ of Latter Day Sainta, Monday at 10 a.m. for Joseph Wallace Moulton, 79, 2029 E. Bellevue Road, who died Thursday in a local hospital.

Bishop D. B. Hutchings will officiate. Burial will be in the Winton District Cemetery. Merced Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.

A retired dairyman, Mr. Moulton had lived here 22 years. He was born Dec 5, 1888 in Heber, Utah and was a member of the Merced Second Ward, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

He is survived by a son, Deene R. of Merced; a daughter, Mrs. Leah May Robertson of Blackfoot, Idaho; three brothers, John of Jackson, Wyo., Floyd of Victor, Idaho, Ernest of Driggs, Idaho; two sisters, Mrs. Annie Rassmussen of Teton City, Idaho, and Miss Nilla Moulton of Driggs, Idaho. Twelve grandchildren also survive.
