FIFTIETH ANNIVERSARY OF THE FRANK ANZALONES IS CELEBRATED ON SUNDAY
The Frank Anzalones celebrated their fiftieth (50th) wedding anniversary at a series of events Sunday beginning in the morning with a family reunion at their home on North Sixth Street. At noon a buffet luncheon was held and between 4 and 6 o'clock in the afternoon the Anzalones were entertained at a reception in the Knights of Columbus Home. Assisting with the luncheon courtesies were Mr. & Mrs. Anthony Louis Embanato, Philip David and Mr. & Mrs. T. J. Canizaro. In the receiving lines with Mr. & Mrs. Anzalone were their daughters: Marie Louise Anzalone (Mrs. Louis Comrato), Emma Anzalone )Mrs. Nick Joseph Jungina) and Miss Josephine Margaret Anzalone.

Funeral services for Mrs. Marguerite Anzalone, 79, will be held at 9:30 am Tuesday in St. Matthews Catholic Church. Msgr. J. C. Marsh will officiate. Interment will be in St. Matthews Cemetery under direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home. A Rosary Service will be held at 7:30 pm today in the funeral home chapel. Mrs. Anzalone of 611 North 6th Street died early Sunday morning in a local hospital.
A native of Palermo, Sicily, she had resided in Monroe for the last 41 years, and was a member of St. Matthew's Church.
Mrs. Anzalone is survived by three daughters:
Emma Anzalone (Mr. Nick Joseph Jungina) of Monroe
Marie Louise Anzalone (Mrs. Louis Comrato of Monroe
Miss Josephine Margaret Anzalone of Monroe
