Bob Walker, 83, of Gurdon, Arkansas died Friday January 4, 2013 in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.
Bob was born September 21, 1929 in Bluff City, Arkansas to Lawrence and Mattie Mae Carter Walker. He was a retired Logger and a Member of Church of Christ in Bluff City.
Bob is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and four brothers.
Bob is survived by his wife Sally Purifoy Walker of Gurdon, AR; three sons Bobby (Kristyn) Walker of Gurdon, Jimmy Walker of Prescott, AR; Michael Walker of Gurdon, AR; two daughters Gayla Loy (Mike) of Gurdon, AR and Pam Wilson (Johnny) of Gurdon, AR; one brother Bill Walker of Bluff City, AR; eight Grandchildren Cody Quillin, Cassie Cagle, Kayla Stockton, Dillon Loy, Kaitlynn Wilson, Chandler Walker, Zack Walker and Chassidy Walker, six Great Grandchildren Hayden Quillin, Sarah Cagle, Jason Stockton, Jake Cagle, Zoey Quillin, and Teagan Gaddis and his compion Brownie.
Visitation will be Saturday January 5, 2013 from 6:00-8:00 pm in the Pharr Funeral Home of Gurdon Chapel.
Service will be Sunday January 6, 2013 at 2:00 pm in the Pharr Funeral Home of Gurdon Chapel, interment will follow in Bluff City Cemetery.
