Elmer "Lindy" Tobeck, a four year resident of South Chicago Heights, formerly of Crete, died Thursday, Feb. 8 at St. James Hospital and Health Centers, Chicago Heights.
Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Crete, with Rev. Robert Pasbrig officiating. Interment will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Crete.
Visitation will be today from 1 p.m. until time of service at the church.
Mr. Tobeck was born June 17, 1916 in Monee. He was retired from Crete Fabricating Co., and formerly employed at Material Service and Thrall Cab Co. He was a member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, Crete, and was a member of the Zion Dart League.
His wife, Ruth, died Dec. 27, 1979.
