DALLAS, IA. --- Services for George A. Noftsger, 87, of Dallas, who died of a kidney ailment Thursday at Griffin Nursing Home in Knoxville, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Mosher Funeral Home in Melcher. Burial will be in the cemetery here.
Mr. Noftsger was born in Marion County. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include his wife, Thelma; a son, Donald of Dallas; a daughter, Delores Schrader of Dallas; two brothers, William and Kleber, both of Knoxville; four sisters, Mildred Noftsger, Violet Fee, Elizabeth Loynachan and Pearl Clark, all of Knoxville; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Friends may call anytime today until service time at the funeral home.
