Mary Pisik Yanock, 89, formerly of 626 W. Manlius St., East Syracuse, died Saturday at Sunnyside Nursing Home.
Born in Nesquehoning, Pa., she was a homemaker and a member of the 50 Club of East Syracuse. She was a communicant of Ss. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church and a member of the Sisterhood of the Holy Annunciation.
Her husband, Harry, died in 1967.
Survivors: Two daughters, Betty Hayduke of Madeira Beach, Fla., and Mary Maltbie of Fabius; two sons, George of Brewerton and Paul of Cato; a brother, Steve Pisik of East Syracuse; four sisters, Anna Wassel, Rose Scheff, Kate Seabrook and Eva Hitchcock, all of East Syracuse; 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
Services: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Macko-Vassallo Funeral Home and 9:30 a.m. in Ss. Peter & Paul Orthodox Church. Burial, Ss. Peter & Paul Orthodox Cemetery, Jamesville. Calling hours, 4 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home, 1609 W. Genesee St. A Panakhyda service is 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.
