Obituary. Asbury Park Press, 31 Oct 1982. Jackson Township. Mildred A Callahan died yesterday at Paul Kimble Hospital, Lakewood. Mrs. Callahan, 82, was born in Madeline N.Y. and lived in the Cliffwood Beach section of Aberdeen Township before moving here a year ago. She was a communicant at St Aloysius Roman Catholic Church. Mrs. Callahan was a member of the Republican Club and the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, Cliffwood Beach. Surviving are her husband Joseph S., four sons, Donald M., Howell Township, Joseph Berkeley, Charles, Jacksonville Fl., and John, Satellite Beach Fl., a daughter, Marie Balog, Cliffwood Beach; four sisters, Mary Lown, Carrie Guadosi, Sylvia Kennard and Nancy Sullivan all Long Island N.Y.; and 16 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
