Flora Bitler Dies at 91
Delphi, Indiana: Miss Flora Bitler, age 91 died at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the Lake Manor Nursing Home in Monticello, Indiana.
Born July 18, 1879 in Jefferson Township, Carroll County, she was the daughter of William and Lavonia Tussing Bitler.
A resident of the community all of her life; she was a member of the Hickory Grove Church and the Jefferson Township E.H. Club.
Survivors are a sister: Miss Adelphia Bitler of Route 1, Delphi; several nieces and nephews. Two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death. Friends may call at the Jackson Funeral Home Monday from 3 until 5 and 7 until 9 p.m. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with the Reverend Howard Jenkins officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Run Cemetery near Delphi, Indiana.
