The City Hall at Albany, N.Y., was burned on the morning of Feb. 10 Loss over $100,000. When the dome fell seven firemen were crushed. One named Kesler has since died and two or three others are expected to die. Judgement records, chattel mortgages and records of proceedings of the supervisors were destroyed. Records of deeds, mortgages on real estate, portraits of Ex-governors and the books and papers of surrogate's office were saved.
