NORFOLK - Mrs. Fannie Clark of 717 W. 29th St., the wife of James M. Clark, died Friday in a hospital after a short illness.

A native of Forest, Va., she was a daughter of the late Robert and Mrs. Adline Johnson.

She was a member of Union United Church of Christ (Congregational) and its choir and missionary circle.

Besides her husband, surviving are three sons, Eli Clark and Robert Clark of Philadelphia, and James Clark of Norfolk; and seven grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in Union United Church of Christ by the Rev. J. M. Copeland. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
