Norfolk - Algie Boone of 870 Fremont street received final rites Sunday in Union Congregational Christian Church with the Rev. J. M. Copeland officiating. Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home in charge.
A native of Holland, he was a son of the late Abram Boone and Mrs. Margaret Boone Fitzgerald and the husband of Mrs. Ethel Boone. He died Aug. 7 in his home after a long illness.
He was a retired longshoreman and a member of Union Congregational Christian Church.
Other than his widow, he is survived by three brothers, Collie Fitzgerald, Herley Boone and Lloyd Boone; and a sister, Mrs. Maggie Henley, all of Norfolk.
