Services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Benedict's Catholic Church for Rose C. 'Bibs' Himsl, 88, of 14475 Stearns County Road 159, who died Wednesday at St. Benedict's Center, St. Cloud.
Burial will be in the parish cemetery.

Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday at Daniel Funeral Home,St. Joseph, and one hour before services Saturday at the church in Avon.Avon Senior Citizens will pray at 4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home in St. Joseph followed by St. Benedict's parish prayers at 7, St. Benedict's Christian Mothers at 7:30 and the Catholic Order of Foresters at 8:30.

Rose Himsl was born in Collegeville to John and Elizabeth (Prager)Knoblach. She married Eldred H. Himsl on June 25, 1947, in St. John's Abbey, Collegeville. She lived in the Avon area all of her life. She was a member of St. Benedict's parish, Christian Mothers, Catholic Order of Foresters and Senior Citizens.

Survivors include her husband; children, John F. of Delavan, Wis.,Roseann Johnson of Aitkin, Karen Hirdler of St. Cloud, and Steven of Avon;and 11 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by an infant daughter Mary; and brothers and sisters, George, Matt, Joseph, Anne, Mary, Margaret, Theresa, Clara and Veronica.
