Funeral services were held Saturday for Beverly Johnson, 51, of Wright City.
She was born July 12, 1939 at Millerton, and spent most of her life in the area. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Valliant. She was married to James Johnson on April 14, 1956.
She is survived by her husband: James Johnson of the home; one son: Jeffrey Keith Johnson of Wright City; one daughter: Anita Gail Lindley of Ringold; her parents: J.C. and Charlene Buchanan of Wright City; one brother: Jimmy Buchanan of Poway, Cal.; two sisters: Glenda McRee, and Teresa Tyler, both of Valliant; four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Burial was in Slater Memorial Cemetery under direction of Nation Funeral Home of Broken Bow.
