Miss Bledsoe was born Aug. 4, 1885 in Sebastapol, Miss. and had been a resident of of Clovis for the past 10 years. She was a school teacher in McLean, Texas and retired at the age of 72 after a career of teaching for 47 years. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene.
Survivors include a lifelong friend Miss Leona Farber (Forbes) of Clovis with whom she made her home for the past 40 years. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Pallbears will be Bob Burch, Joe Thornton, John Pruitt, Ivy Metcalf, John Reynolds and Lester Teakell.
