Toni was born March 9, 1907 in Monroe, Utah, eldest daughter of Frank and Eva Newby Torgensen. Toni married Rulon Black, divorced. Married Lloyd Delmer DeNeui, Willamette City, Oregon. Toni followed Lloyd on construction jobs making a home for her family in Mercur and Tooele, Utah; Idaho, Colorado, Arziona, Wyoming, Nevada and California.
Toni leaves three daughters, Fern Eichorn, Napa, California; Eileen Nelson, Seattle, Washington; Jane See, Grantsville, Utah; son-in-law, Richard Watts, Reno, Nevada; eight granddaughters, two grandsons, 11 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; three sisters, Elva Poulson, Ruth Brown, Richfield, Utah; Ive Oldham, Vancouver, Washington; two brothers, Horace Torgensen, Monroe, Utah; Neil Torgensen, Palmdale, California.
Preceded in death by her Lloydie, daughter, Berta Black, Donna Black Watts, stepson, David Lloyd DeNeui
Toni loved people and worked as a waitress at the Johnson Hotel, Richfield, Utah; before her marriage to Lloyd and again following his death in 1963 at the Center Cafe, Kirk Hotel and Nu Cleaners. She is deeply missed by her family and friends.
Viewing will be at Tate Mortuary in Tooele on January 19, 1994 at 2 p.m. with graveside services 3 p.m., Tooele Cemetery.
