Obituary: Ticonderoga Sentinel, Jan-Mar 1915

Chauncey Hunsdon was found dead in his barnyard last Friday (Jan 15) about noon. He was in his usual health as far as was known. It is thought that he went to feed his stock, as his pitch fork lay beside him and he fell face downward. Chauncy was the first of his famly to strike out on his own. He was a kind friend and neighbor and Chanry's (Chauncy's) familiar form and face will long be missed by the many teamsters on the road as well as by his immediate family. He leaves three brothers, Frank of Chester, VT, John, now living in Cornwall, NY, Robert of Ticonderoga,NY, and one sister, Mrs Nettie Chilson of Cornwall. He was laid to rest by his parents.
