Surviving are one son, Martin "Bus" Shorb, Charleston, S.C.; Two granddaughters, Mrs. Audrey Lorraine Hall, Turkey, and Mrs. Wanda Lee Knott, Frederick; four great-grandchildren, three newphews, Richard Eyler and William Eyler, both of Thurmont, and Marlin Shorb, Gettysburg, Pa.
Mrs. Shorb is at the Thurmont funeral home of Robert E. Dailey & Son PA, 605 E. Main St., where friends may call 12 noon - 9 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, and 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 4. The family will receive friends 7-9 p.m. Friday and 7-9 p.m. Saturday, at the funeral home.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5, at the funeral home, with M. Albert Morningstar, Thurmont Church of the Brethren, officiating. Interment will be in Blue Ridge Cemetery, Thurmont.
