Agnes died at age 47 after a series of illnesses. Contributing factors began with influenza 3 weeks prior to death, and 2 weeks prior acute gastritis. On May 5th cerebral thrombosis. She passed away 5 days later at 6:15 AM from apoplexy due to the cerebral thrombosis.

Her mother also died young, at 33. Due to her date of death, her death certificate has not been located for her cause of death.
