Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Sunday at Pugh Funeral Home, Asheboro, with the Rev. Barry Wall officiating. Burial will be in Randolph Memorial Park.
She was a native of Alexander County, the widow of Harley Edwin Scott and of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are daughter, Barbara Underwood of Sophia; sons, Gary Scott and Richard "Rick" Scott, both of Asheboro; sisters, Nell Davis and Ethel Williams, both of Asheboro, Shirley Yow of Seagrove, Pauline Harrington of Taylorsville; brother, Ned James of Jacksonville, Fla.; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
The family will be at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Saturday.
