Barbara J. Foster, 67 a resident of Fayetteville, passed away December 6, 2012 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.
She was born September 18, 1945 in Prairie Grove, the daughter of Ben F. and Abbie Luttrell Hulet.
Barbara was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Lincoln and a nurse for 45 years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, she loved animals and never met a stranger.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Shan Foster.
Survivors include one son, Shan "Jr" Foster and his fiancé' Emy Bunnell of Rhea's Mill; one daughter, Mandy Foster of Prairie Grove and her fiancé' Jeff Roberts; one granddaughter, Taylor Foster; one step sister, Patti Rice of Las Vegas and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be Tuesday, December 11, 2012 2:00 PM at the Luginbuel Chapel - Prairie Grove, Arkansas. Burial will be in the Wedington Cemetery.
