Funeral services for Mr. William E. "Bill" Skipper, 84 of Delhi will be held on Wednesday December 5, 2012 at 2PM at the Westside Baptist Church in Delhi with Rev. Steve Hillman officiating.
Visitation will from 5-8PM Tuesday at Cox Funeral Home-Delhi.
Burial will be in the Delhi Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Cox Funeral Home.
Mr. Bill died Sunday at his daughters residence following an extended illness. He was a longtime member of the Westside Baptist Church and an area farmer.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Roy Everett Skipper and Ada Waites Skipper and three siblings; Frank and George Washington Skipper and Dorothy Henson.

He is survived by his wife Relda Brown Skipper of Delhi; three children, Charlene Case, Jimmy Roy Skipper and Rickey Marlin Skipper all of Delhi; five grandchildren, three great grandchildren and one great great grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews.

Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
