Verda Swenson, daughter of Lewis Pruett and Lena Elmore Pruett, was born 27 December, 1913 in Clear Springs Fann, MO. and departed this life 11 July,1996 at her home near Richland, Mo. at the age of eighty two years.
On 09 January, 1936, she was united in marriage with Orville Swenson and to this union were born one son and three daughters.
At the time of her death she was attending the Abundant Life Church in St. Robert, MO. with her family.
Verda enjoyed being with her family, quilting, and reading her Bible.
She is survived by one son, Albert Swenson, Snowflake, Arizona; threedaughters, Leigh Johnston and Myra Bettis, both of Overland Park, Ks, Jean Kirk, Richland, MO; two brothers, Roscoe Pruett, state of Ks, Albert Pruett, Mountain View, Mo; three sisters, Ollie Emmerick and Hattie Curnutt
