The funeral for Pearl Wittenberg, 84, Valley City, will be Wednesday at 2 PM in Trinity Lutheran Church, Valley City. Visitation will be until 8 PM Tuesday in Peterson-Schuldt Funeral Home, Valley City, and one hour before services in the church. She died Sunday, May 31, 1992.

Pearl Romelfanger was born February 4, 1908, in Kensal where she grew up and attended school. In 1929, she married Stanley Bullock. In December 1940, she married Ralph Wittenberg in Fargo. They farmed in the Valley City area.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Robert Bullock, Midwest City, OK; and three sisters, Rose Romelfanger, Valley City; Merle Willenbring, Aurora, MN; and Laura Miklas, Kensel.
