Maxine Anne Chatwin, 83, of Glendora, CA. died on Saturday, November 24, 2012, after a brief illness. Maxine was born on February 12, 1929, in Ollie, Iowa and had 12 brothers and sisters. She moved to California in 1948 and in 1949 married Richard S. Chatwin. They had three sons.
Maxine was an office manager for a local doctor's office for over 30 years.
Maxine was preceded in death by her husband and one grandson Allen Chatwin. She is survived by one brother, Larry "Joe" Hollingsworth of Sigourney Iowa and three sons and their spouses, William and Marjorie Chatwin, Robert and Terry Chatwin, John and Virginia Chatwin, nine grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Services will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day-Saints located at 120 N. Oakbank Drive, Glendora, CA. 91741, with burial to follow at Rose Hills Cemetery in Whittier, CA.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Boy Scouts of America. White's Funeral Home Azusa assisting the family
