Uncle Miley enjoyed photography; he loved taking photos of family.
The following was written by my mother, Carolyn Bryant White:
"Uncle Miley was one dear man who loved to take pictures. When we were young children, he would sometimes call us from play to take our pictures. I usually had a frown on my face, because I could not understand why taking pictures was more important than playing.
"He developed his own pictures, too. I am grateful that I have lots of photos that Uncle Miley took while I was growing up."
Miley and Tinnie were married April 19, 1918.
