Teresa Virginia Corcoran Louk went home to be with her lord and savior Sept. 25, 2007, in Valentines Personal Care home. She was 89 years old.

Theresa was born April 19, 1918, at Thomas, a daughter of the late Luther and Sadie Hill.

Teresa was married to the late Dale "Corkey" Corcoran, who preceded her in death April 11, 1953. She then married Loman Jack Louk, who also preceded her in death.

She was the last surviving member of the Hill family. Teresa is survived by three sons, Jim Corcoran, Ray Corcoran and wife, Becky, and Jack Corcoran and wife, Patty; one daughter, Doris Williams and husband, Mike; and a sister-in-law, Evelyn Hill, all of Elkins. Also surviving is a dear friend and companion, Brownie Fike; and several nieces and nephews. She was grandmother of seven, great-grandmother of nine and great-great-grandmother of one.

She was preceded in death by four brothers, Ray, Ron, Gerald and Jim Hill; and one sister, Opal Boyles.

Teresa was known as Mother Teresa to many others who were adopted by her love for them. She was a caring and loving Christian mother who set an example for all of us. She loved life and lived it to the fullest. She was active in the Nazarene Church and her community. She enjoyed bowling, playing games and spending time with her family and friends, but most of all she loved the Lord.
