LITTLE GIRL DIES IN KENSAL

Beverly Briss, three and one-half year old daughter of Mr and Mrs William Briss of near Kensal, died March 2 in Trinity hospital, where she had been a patient since February 17.

The parents, called by the critical illness of their daughter, made the trip to Jamestown in a Smith Flying school plane.

The body was taken to Carrington.

RITES HELD AT KENSAL FOR BEVERLY BRISS

Funeral services for Beverly Ann Briss, 3, daughter of Mr and Mrs William Briss of Kensal, who died in Jamestown, were held Saturday, Rev. N.E. McCoy of Jamestown officiating. Brief services were held at the Knott Funeral Home in Carrington before the 2 o'clock rites in the Methodist church at Kensal.

"Under His Wing," "That Sweet Story Of Old" and "Safe In The Arms Of Jesus" were sung by Mrs Henry Fredrickson, Mrs Henry Nichols, Miss Gladys Thompson and Miss Gloria Burleson. Mrs Glen Burleson was organist.

Interment will be in the Kensal cemetery in the spring. Pallbearers were Billy Groskreutz, Bobby Neva, Jack Nihill and Alvin Partlow.

Beverly Ann was born on June 26, 1944 at Kensal, and died on March 2 in Trinity Hospital after an illness of three weeks. Survivors are the parents, and three brothers, Deverne, Duane and Eugene. Two sisters and a brother preceded her in death.
