CECIL RILEY, MARHSALL:
"Cecil Riley, 86 of Marshall died Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2000, in Tendercare Marshall.
She was born June 16, 1914 in Leroy Township to Raymond R. and Eva L. (Coats) Riley. She was a lifelong resident of the area and a Tendercare patient for many years. Surviving are a brother, Elgin L. Riley of Florida; and a sister, Gladys Babcock of Owosso.
Community involvement, hobbies: Enjoyed reading and participating in activities at the nursing home."
According to various family members including Marian Jenkins and Marion Phelps, Cecil was a special needs person and lived at the Kalamazoo State Mental Hospital for some time. Her father, Ray, also lived on the site as a caretaker/painter. (Ask Dorothy for more info)
