Elizabeth Ann Cilley married David Bedinger Feb 5, 1862 and became a widow 12 years later with 6 young children. She died during a visit to the home of her youngest daughter,Daisy, in Tennessee. Daisy was married to a Presbyterian minister, Rev. Andrew Painter Gregory.

Know that yes, I was required to transfer this memorial to Ruth Wade Cox Brunings due to her direct line of descent-unfortunately I did not preserve my writings to repost here- Thanks-- yes this Cilley line ties to my own Cilley line so............................................DBardes, findagraver.

p55, notebook mss with 3 obit clippings. [DBardes priv coll]

Back in Nov 2012, I posted this info, which will soon be deleted upon transfer of Lizzie Bedinger's memorial-- so I am adding it here, for now: "Widow of David Bedinger as per clipping attached. Here we learn that she died at her daughter's home in Tennessee. This daughter (Emily Daisy Bedinger) was called Mrs. A.T. Gregory in this newspaper obit. But in 2006, Linda Gregg wrote me that his name was Rev. Andrew Painter Gregory. One census called him A. Paul [sic] Gregory. Also see p37-38, The Cilley Genealogy by JP Cilley, of Rockland, a slim green book. Also check for Bedinger family writings by descendants, Ruth Wade Cox Brunings and Linda Gregg.

She had five daughters and one son, so six children. One daughter, Agnes Bedinger m. Wm Bruce Roberts. After much research, it seems that the Presbyterian minister's wife Emily Daisy Gregory, b.1873, died 1955, Jacksonville, Duval, FL as did her evangelist husband; they were not buried near 636 Oak, near North Jacksonville (residence as per Jacksonville City Dir, 1931 [ancestry.com]. Does Gregory's Chapel in Lincoln Co., Tennessee factor in here?" [notes by DBardes, Nov 2012]

This is one end of the very large Bedinger plot. See her rectangular grade, two down from tall pink marker. Its her husband David between her and the tall marker, then Olivia, then Jessie.
