Patricia "Patty", "T", Lee Jennings, 74, of Silverton, Idaho, passed away November 8, 2012 at her home of Silverton, after a long, hard-fought battle with cancer. Surrounded by her loving family, beautiful Patricia was at peace when she finally made the decision to be with those she loved who had gone before her.

Patricia was born on September 24, 1938 in Coal Valley, Alabama to Melvin and Roslee Kilgore. Patricia lived a full and wonderful life. As a little girl, she could be found picking flowers and playing in the red mud valleys of Alabama. Patricia was raised in a mining family and in 1948 she, her parents, eight sisters and her brother moved to Superior, Wyoming. In 1955, Patricia's father took a mining job in Butte, Montana and it was there she began her own family with Al Allmer. Together they had three children- Marlon, Shawn and Greg.

Patricia later married David Schaff and together they had one son, David. In 1971, she married Charles "Chuck" Jennings and several years later the two moved their blended family, including daughter Connie to Mullan, Idaho. Patricia worked and owned several local taverns and is best remembered for the time she managed the Silver Dollar Bar in Mullan, the Wallace Elks and Pioneer Lodge in Pinehurst. Patricia was the consummate mother. Until the very end, she did her best to protect her family from the pain she knew they were feeling. She was a wonderful mom in every way. A passionate gardener, Patricia was well known to her Silverton neighbors for her beautiful roses and giant zucchini. She was also a skillful artist, giving life to the many figurines she painted for her family and friends. Sometimes it is hard to measure the legacy that one leaves behind, but in the case of Patricia, her legacy will live on forever in the lives of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.

Patricia is survived by four children Marlon (Tanya) Allmer of Pinehurst, Idaho, Shawn (Mike) Markus of Rose Lake, Idaho, Connie (Mike) Nesvacil of Whitefish, Montana and Greg (LuJean) Allmer of Silverton, Idaho; eleven grandchildren twenty great-grandchildren; four sisters Barbara (Dody) Kilgore of Butte, Montana, Marjorie Gilbert of Helena, Montana, Maxine (Frank) Telling of Columbia Falls, Montana and Valerie (Jim) Hills of Teakaboo, Utah; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, son David, sisters Gay Williams, Dorris Flemming, and Linda Umland and her brother Ronnie Kilgore. And it was just several weeks ago that her longtime husband, partner and friend, Chuck Jennings passed away. Seemingly, Chuck gave up his will to live once it was discovered that the cancer was finally beating Patricia. When Patricia passed, there is no doubt that the first to meet her was her son David, who lost his battle to diabetes in 2001. Not a day went by that Patricia did not feel the pain of losing her son David; however, now she and Chuck are both at peace with David and the three are smiling brightly as they watch their family from their perches in Heaven.
