Dan died unexpectedly at his home in Greenville, S.C. Born and raised in Portland, Dan graduated from Madison High School in 1966 and OSU in 1970. He earned a master's degree in 1972 from the University of Chicago School of Business. He was an accountant, a corporate financial officer and, most recently, a small business owner in Greenville.
Dan is survived by his mother, Katherine; and sisters, Janet and Elaine, who love and miss him. A private family service has been held.
