She was preceded in death by her son, William David Cannon; brothers, John B. "Jack" of Columbus, OH, John Elmer of Albuquerque, NM, Jessie Wrenn of Chicago, IL and G.G. "Joe" Flowers of Benton County, TN; sister, Bevie Flowers Hicks of Camden, TN. She is survived by sisters, Georgie Mauer of MO and Jessie Allen of Paris, TN; granddaughter, Elizabeth Cannon of Goodlettsville, TN; great granddaughter, Kalyn Warren of Goodlettsville, TN; several nieces and nephews. Lena was a wonderful grandmother, a Member of Perry Heights Church of Christ and retired as a Cosmetology Teacher after 25 years. During World War II, she resided in Florida and packed parachutes for the U.S. Army. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, December 7, 2004 at 1 p.m. in the Woodlawn Chapel of Roses. Entombment will follow in Woodlawn Cross Mausoleum.
