Stuart Best, born on June 15, 1953, passed away on Tuesday, November 6, 2012, at Knoxville Hospital at the age of 59.
Stuart was an avid fisherman, and loved gardening and bird watching. He was a Hawkeye Football and Steelers fan, but most importantly, he was a great family man. He will be greatly missed.
Stuart is survived by his girlfriend, Sandy Feldman of Pleasantville, Iowa; son, Stuart McCray Best, II; stepsons, Eddie Feldman and wife Krystal and Michael Feldman and wife Mindy; grandsons, Jason and Kayden Feldman; sister, Dawn Lee; and brothers, Albert "Tad" Best and wife Sue, and Charles "Dude" Best and wife Beverly. He is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Martha Best, and brother, John "Stoney" Best.
