Mrs. Berry came to Floyd County in 1917 from Wolfe City, Tex. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, Order of the Eastern Star and the Rebecca Lodge.
Survivors include her husband, Charley Berry; a son, Harold Berry of Amarillo; a daughter, Mrs. Arminta L. Cain of Elsimore, Calif.; a brother, Jo W. Pharr of Wolfe City; five sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Almanac of Hereford, Mrs. Ed Morris of Gober, Tex., Mrs. Roy Sparkman of Brownfield and Mrs. R.E. Ewing and Mrs. Walter Chiddin, both of Amarillo; 10 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
