Sanford, Mrs. Stella. 61, Ayr, Neb. Wife of Harry Sanford. Passed away suddenly Thursday evening at home. The body will be taken to family home on Saturday afternoon. Prayer service there Sunday, followed by funeral service at Methodist Church in Ayr at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Duane Hutchinson officiating. Burial Blue Valley Cemetery.

Services were held at the Methodist Church here Sunday for Mrs. Harry Sanford with the Rev. Duane Hutchinson officiating. DeVerde and Vernon Carper sang, with accompaniment by Mrs. Vernon Carper.
Carl Busboom, V.E. Connelly, S.L. Coleman, Fred Hootman, Samuel J. Gilpin and Jay Goble were pallbearers. Burial was in the Blue Valley cemetery.

Mrs. Harry Sanford, 61, died unexpectedly at her home here late Thursday.
She was born at Bladen Nov. 2, 1890.
Mrs. Sanford is survived by her husband; three sons, Gerald of Ayr, Roy of Washington, Kan., and Curtis who is in the United States Navy and stationed at San Diego, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Cecil Bradley of Hobbs, N.M., and Mrs. John Sorenson of Racine, Wis.; nine grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Edna Mitchell of Geneva, Mrs. George Hansen of Holstein and Mrs. Earl Bayless of Hastings, and a brother, Earl Churchill of Hastings.
Services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Methodist Church in Ayr with the Rev. Duane Hutchinson officiating. Burial will be in the Blue Valley cemetery at LeRoy. A prayer service at the Sanford family home in Ayr will precede services at the church.
The Livinston-Butler-Volland Funeral Home at Hastings is in charge.
