DR. CHARLES T. BINGHAM, 86, of Farmington, Conn., former chief of medicine at Connecticut Veterans Hospital, died July 23 in Tenants Harbor, Maine. Burpee-Strong Funeral Home in Rockland, Maine, has charge. He was a member of the faculty at Yale and Harvard medical schools and a commander in the Navy Reserve Medical Corps. Dr. Bingham, the husband of Kathleen Watson Howell Bingham, also leaves local survivors including a son, C. Tiffany Bingham Jr. of Memphis, and a grandson.
