Funeral services for Mrs. Paul R. (Lena) Reimnitz, 78, will be Wednesday at 1:30 pm at the Redeemer Lutheran Church with the Rev. L.A. Eberhard of the Flensburg church officiating.
The body will lie in state at the Clements Funeral home. Burial will be in the Flensburg cemetery west of Dimock.
She was born June 21, 1890 at Elgin, Ill., to Mr. and Mrs. Adolph Blume and died unexpectedly at the Parkston hospital Sept. 15. On March 18, 1919 she married Paul R. Reimnitz at Hillside and farmed in Davison County until moving to Armour in 1958.
Survivors include four sons, Louis and George, Corsica; Leonard, Armour, and Paul, Mt. Vernon; three daughters, Mrs. Otto (Dorothy) Stahl, Mitchell, and Mrs. Edwin (Lydia) Sigmund and Mrs. Ivan (Lena) Bialas, Mt. Vernon.
Also 34 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; four brothers, Henry Blume, Stover, Mo.; William H. and Frederick Blume, Armour, and Adolph Blume, Corsica.
And six sisters, Mrs. Marie Gemelke, Pilger, Neb.; Mrs. Amanda Mudgett, Mitchell; Mrs. Dorothy Hawley and Mrs. Ervin Grosz, Armour; Mrs. Walter Puepke, Delmont, and Mrs. Ray Stedronsky, Lake Andes.
She was preceded in death by her husband in 1967, one son, a sister, and three brothers.
