Local #15 Missouri/Kansas Chapter #02/Kansas (Wichita). He was the Union manager at the time of his retirement. He retired to Fairbury, NE. purchasing his parent's rental home so he could be closer to his children. His hobbies included reading and writing poetry.
Bob is survived by: children, Russell Glasscock and wife, Jacqueline, Glenda Pfingsten and husband, Al, Ronald Glasscock and wife, Dawnette, Gloria Precht and husband James, son-in-law, Lyle McLaughlin, step-son Scott Erickson and wife, Susan; brothers, Albert Glasscock and wife Inez and Stephen Glasscock and wife, Margaret (Peg); sister, Alice Westerhoff and their families, special friend Dallas "Tex" Speth and a host of relatives and friends.
Bob was preceded in death by: parents; daughter, Linda McLaughlin; step-daughter, Joni Erickson; sisters, Lily, Thelma, Threasa, Emma and June; brothers Louis and George.
Burial was in the Fairbury Cemetery, Fairbury, NE.
