ARMSTRONG, RICHARD EDGAR. Age 71 of Dallas, TX passed away Monday, Nov. 22, 2004 from complications of a minor surgery. He was a wonderful man and a loving father. All who knew him knew him to be a very giving and gentle man. Richard Edgar was born Dec 30, 1932 in Honey Grove, TX to the proud parents of Charles Armstrong and Grace Cooter - both preceded him in death. Also preceding him in death were his wife, Betty R. Armstrong, daughter, Kathy Louise Napier, granddaughter, Christy Napier, 3 Brothers: James Armstrong, Frank Armstrong, Roy Armstrong (Catherine), 4 sisters: Roxie Martin, Zella Martin, Mattie Yeager (Lloyd), Neva Wood(Marion), brothers-in-law: Ray Dooley and Jake Gray. He is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Anthony C. and Laura R. LaBarbera and their children: Lailee Maria, Joseph Anthony, and Leah Elizabeth; his son and daughter-in-law, David and Linda Armstrong, He is also survived by two sisters: Nena Dooley and Dorothy Gray; and many loving nieces and nephews, family members and friends.
