Mildred, (Hill) 84 of Corunna, passed away Saturday, at her residence.

Funeral services were held on Wednesday, September 19th at Mowen Funeral Home - William A. Scarlett Memorial Chapel. Pastor Russ Hubbard, Vernon Lighthouse Ministries, will officiate.

Mildred was the daughter of John S. and Lena J. (Block) Langlois. She was a graduate of Flint Central, Class of 1947.

She married Fred C. Hill in Flint in 1949; he was killed in an automobile accident in 1962. She then married Laurel Dingler in Owosso in 1964; Mr. Dingler passed away in 1987.

Mildred worked for Universal Electric/Magnatech in Owosso for 27 years, retiring in 1991. She loved to play the piano and collect stuffed animals. Her oatmeal cookies took the Blue Ribbon one year from both the Shiawassee County Fair and the Michigan State Fair.

She is survived by her son, John Hill and granddaughter, Jennifer C. Hill, both of Corunna.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Harvey and Earl Langlois; sister, Mable Murphy.

Memorials are suggested to the Vernon Lighthouse Ministries.
