FRED ROHRBACH
Fred Rohrbach, 81, retired county farmer, died Thursday morning at the Holy
Family hospital, Manitowoc, following a brief illness.
Since the death of his wife Mr. Rohrbach has resided with a daughter, Mrs.
Henry Ligman, of 1322 South 19th street, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Urbanek and Schlei
funeral home, Manitowoc. The Rev. W. W. Glieschen will officiate and burial
will be in Evergreen cemetery.
He was born in Kossuth in 1869 and 55 years ago married Miss Frieda Mueller
of Brillion. They located on a farm near Brillion. In 1939 they retired and
moved to Manitowoc. His wife died 10 years ago.
Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. John Bille, Mrs. Henry Ligman and Mrs.
Adolph Schaefer of Manitowoc; brother, August of Manitowoc Rapids; three
sisters, Mrs. Jacob Emmert of Milwaukee, Mrs. Robert Mueller of Manitowoc
and Mrs. Dena Eggert of Rock Island, Ill.; four grandchildren and three
great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after Friday noon.
