Gregorio Saiz "Greg" Hernandez, 100, of Sacramento, Calif., died April 21, 2012, in Sacramento.A funeral service was held at St. Anne Catholic Church. Burial was at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens. He was a plasterer and worked in the construction industry for more than 40 years. He was a member of the Plasterers Union Local 224 in San Jose, Calif.From 1995 to 2002, he and his wife, Connie, lived in Rogue River. After his wife died in 2002, he continued living in Rogue River until 2008.He enjoyed fishing and the San Francisco Giants baseball team. He also enjoyed playing bingo, poker, dancing, trips to Reno and Lake Tahoe, and spending time with family.Survivors include his children and several grandchildren.
