Dale W. Marple, age 79, died Wednesday, August 31, 2005. He was a member of the Oakland Park United Methodist Church, Past Master of Masonic Lodge 416, Past Patron of Eastern Star 463, and a member of Scottish Rite and Aladdin Shrine. Mr. Marple was also a veteran of WWII. He is survived by sons, Richard D (Kaz). Marple, and Scott A Marple; daughters, Linda L. (Melvin) Frazier, and Kristina (Marion) Rice; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; a sister, Jean E. Butsko; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by wife Margaret (Breckinridge) Marple; and a brother Donald E. Marple. Friends may call from 4 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 6, 2005 at the SCHOEDINGER NORTH CHAPEL, 5554 Karl Road, where the funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Scott Jenkins will officiate. Burial will follow in Kingwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Kobacker House.
