Carl W. Albright, 78, of Meyersdale, died Feb. 9, 2000, Conemaugh Medical Center. He was born Oct. 23, 1921, in Meyersdale, a son of the late Melvin and Della (Yaiste) Albright. He is survived by his widow, JoAnn (Hady); and
these children; Steven and his wife, Laurie, of North Huntingdon; Mark and his wife, Martha, of Meyersdale; Perry and his wife, Sandy, Naples, Fla.; and Linda, wife of Joe Gray of Breezewood. Also 10 grandchildren and a
sister, Emma Simeral of Greenville. He was a member of Amity United Church of Christ, F&AM Lodge 554, Meyersdale, and Charles E. Kelly Post, American Legion. He was a retired service manager at Baker's Chevrolet Company. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Friday at Leckemby Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where services will be 11 am Saturday, with Pastor Bruce Ashlock and Pastor Daniel Whitacre officiaing. Interment, Union Cemetery. The family suggests contributions be made to the Memorial Fund of Amity United Church of Christ.
